I can’t quite believe that Lynne and I have known each other for 20 years. We met working in corporate communications for a Financial Services Group. Things were so different back then. Leadership opportunities for women were limited and flexibility was non-existent.

When I started AG Comms over 12 years ago my purpose was driven by first-hand experience of how challenging it was to find flexible opportunities for women in the corporate world. Since then, I’ve created and grown a business with a model that benefits not just women, but everyone who needs and wants flexibility at work to support their life.
